Yes, exactly. The CH layout looks like what you know and are used to. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a CH layout for it quickly, but it looks roughly like the DE layout, only with the corresponding placements of the symbols and umlauts/accents: https://www.drwindows.de/news/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/microsoft_modern_keyboard_front.jpg
This has the fingerprint reader already in it, is to the right of the Alt Gr key.
Unfortunately, this item is sold out with us and we have no information on if or when it will be available again. Sorry.
Good day I also had this problem when I first connected the keyboard. To solve the problem, I removed the keyboard again in the device manager. If it was entered at all. Then I disconnected the keyboard in the BT settings, which was there but did not work. After the 2nd installation attempt according to the instructions, I then rebooted my notebook 2 more times. From this point on, the keyboard works perfectly. About the LED: this LED never lights up in white (I think) without a cable connected, and in red when the battery is about to die. And with the cable plugged in, it lights up in white to indicate the charging process.
Unfortunately, we have no information on if or when this will be available again. Sorry.
Unfortunately, we no longer sell this product.
No. The keyboard can only be connected to one device via Bluetooth. I just tested it with my Surface Go and my desktop. The keyboard automatically connects to the last device connected via USB cable. Personally, I am quite dissatisfied with the product.
It is located next to the ALT GR key (to the right of it). And unfortunately it only works with Windows 10.
The keyboard can be connected to any monitor/PC that has a USB port.
Yes, but only with a cable and the fingerprint scanner will not work.
This keyboard should already be CH-FR QWERTZ. However, we don't have the US-Layout unfortunately.
The best way is to use a USB Bluetooth adapter. For example, the following product: ASUS USB-BT400 (USB 2.0)
Press the button with the corresponding finger.
yes
We have these keyboards with US layout; https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/producttype/tastatur-55?tagIds=77-529&pdo=70-13%3A292%7C70-11232%3A1110. Unfortunately no other.
How about the following product: Logitech K375s (Bluetooth, CH, Wireless)
In my opinion, it is not possible...
No. The cable has a USB-A to microUSB connector.
Hi, I have been using a similar configuration with my HP ZBook G3 and the Microsoft keyboard for quite some time and yes, both fingerprint readers work (for me).
No, unfortunately not.
Good evening, yes absolutely! The proof in the pudding: https://i.imgur.com/DxGBgI0.jpg
Do you really need a dongle? The keyboard has normal Bluetooth. That means you can connect it to the Bluetooth module of your laptop. If you have a newer device, you can try this via "Add device" on Windows 10. 1. 1. press the Windows key 2. type "bluetooth" on the keyboard 3. open the corresponding system setting with confirmation of the displayed selection 4. click on "+" Add Bluetooth or other device For Windows Hello you must then also install a driver https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-ww/support/how-to/windowshellokeyboards/pair If your device really does not have a Bluetooth module integrated, you can buy any dongle that supports Bluetooth 4.0, Bluetooth LE, or Bluetooth Smart.
I can recommend the following product for this: ASUS USB-BT400 (USB 2.0)
no, there are actually no incompatible keyboards. do you always have this problem, regardless of whether you are connected to bt or usb? that sounds more like a defective keyboard.
The "bar" cannot be removed or folded in because it contains the batteries for the keyboard. Accordingly, the keyboard always has the same angle and unfortunately cannot be adjusted in this respect. But the fingerprint sensor compensates for this - finally no more typing in a password!
According to our product manager, it works via cable but not via Bluetooth.
