Hello I returned the first dashcam to the shop because neither I nor the Digitec employees could start the camera. Now I have received the new one after a few weeks - with the same problem. Apart from charging and inserting the SD card, is there anything else I need to do? I've also tried a reset, but the screen just won't switch on...

Hello, my dashcam 402 records regularly, but only for one minute and then has pauses of approx. 10 min. and then records again for one minute. But I want the camera to record constantly. (Loop) How can this be achieved?
