Hello I returned the first dashcam to the shop because neither I nor the Digitec employees could start the camera. Now I have received the new one after a few weeks - with the same problem. Apart from charging and inserting the SD card, is there anything else I need to do? I've also tried a reset, but the screen just won't switch on...

According to the manufacturer, there are no hidden steps. The top mini-USB port is the power supply, the battery does not last long and otherwise the device should display an image immediately after switching on. The power button was also not pressed for an unusually long time. In such a case, it is almost impossible to make an accurate diagnosis if the products are not in front of you.
