This was also the case for me with the locking of a stand. On the underside of my TV, the stand is marked "R" and "L". So it should be clear which stand goes where.

Samsung Electronics Ltd. Hi WingedOri, please first check whether resetting the network settings on your Galaxy S10+ will bring about an improvement. The path for this is: "Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings". If this does not help, please contact our colleagues in technical support. They can be reached from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 21:30 under the telephone number 06196 77 555 77. Best regards from Schwalbach, Your Samsung Service Team

This is a festure that does not need to be activated. HDR10+ Is an open HDR standard designed and created by Samsung and Amazon Video. With this standard, additional information for brightness and contrast is transmitted dynamically. This individual information is processed by the TV and thus the optimal values for each individual picture scene are calculated and set. All UHD Smart TVs from the M series (2017) onwards support HDR10+.
