I bought this decoder with the set-access card to receive Swiss channels on Hotbird 13. But this device does not have the 13 setting, only hotbird 6/8/9, I have no signal and no SSR/SRG channels. How can I get Swiss channels? Pierre-Alain

I have bought the TechniSat and cannot use my sat access card, as I should switch the channel SF to SRF. How can I switch from SF to SRF to get the encrypted Swiss programmes?

Can I also watch time-shifted TV with this device? If so, can I watch one recorded programme and record another at the same time?

After studying the description of the device, I have to assume that with this SAT receiver it is only possible to record a programme programmed via timer or the current programme. Since the USB hard disk requires an additional power supply, I could not test this function in practice. (The USB2 port of the satellite receiver has too little power to operate the hard disk).
