With Conductonaut, Thermal Grizzly presents a high-performance paste based on liquid metal, consisting of a eutectic alloy designed for use at room temperature. A special mixing ratio of the metals tin, gallium, and indium achieves an extremely high thermal conductivity, accompanied by excellent long-term stability. The liquid components allow for the compensation and filling of tiny pores and gaps, which is only partially possible with conventional thermal paste due to the solid particles. The metallic surface of the cooler and heatsink is wetted.
