The Kryonaut thermal paste is ideally suited for low-temperature cooling applications such as nitrogen or compressor cooling. However, it also works just as well between a CPU and an air or water cooler. Embedded in a carrier structure are aluminum and tin oxide components that optimally compensate for unevenness on the surfaces of the heat source and the heat sink while providing outstanding thermal conductivity. Unlike many competing products, the Kryonaut does not begin to dry out even at 80 °C.
