Thermal Grizzly

The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad extreme 2 is a thermal interface pad designed for demanding thermal management applications in electronics and computer systems. This successor to the original Minus Pad series offers improved thermal conductivity for efficient heat dissipation. The pad measures 120 mm x 120 mm with a thickness of 0.5 mm, providing a compact yet effective solution for thermal transfer applications. Made from high-quality thermal materials, it ensures reliable performance with a thermal conductivity of 12 W/mK for consistent heat transport between components. The pad is designed for CPUs, GPUs, and other electronic components requiring thermal management, with an operating temperature range of -50 °C to 200 °C. The flexible material adapts to surface irregularities, creating optimal contact without the need for additional thermal paste in most applications. The pad is electrically insulating with a breakdown voltage of 8 kV/mm, ensuring safety in electronic applications. The silicone-based composition remains stable during thermal cycles, maintaining performance over a long service life. The precisely cut pad with clean edges allows for easy installation and replacement. Suitable for professional and enthusiast applications, it provides a practical thermal transfer solution for computer builds, electronics repairs, and industrial applications. The material is non-toxic and free from hazardous substances, complying with environmental standards. Each pad is individually packaged to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination before use. The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad extreme 2 represents a technological advancement in thermal interface materials, focusing on durability and consistent thermal performance.
