DisplayPort to HDMI cable adapter for connecting, for example, a graphics card with DP to a monitor with HDMI connection - supporting resolutions of up to 3840x2160 at 30Hz.

Adapter with DisplayPort plug and HDMI socket. DisplayPort version 1.2 allows for higher resolutions and refresh rates as well as greater color depths. The DisplayPort-HDMI adapter works only in one direction: the DisplayPort plug can only be used on the data source side (e.g., graphics card).
