In its basic configuration, the COMpact 4000 is set up as a classic ISDN system with two S0 ports, eight analog extensions, and four VoIP channels, including a voicemail/fax system and VoIP. It can be switched to Voice over IP for operation on an All-IP connection and supports the new network protocol IPv6. The two freely assignable module slots allow for the addition of analog trunk connections and additional ISDN ports that can be switched for internal or external operation. Further VoIP channels (including voicemail channels and fax functionality) and other feature expansions can be activated in the Auerswald online shop. PBX Call Assist is also available in the online shop for this system.

DECT technology is digital and encrypted, providing comprehensive security. Wireless eavesdropping on a conversation is not possible. The network security of the WS-500S is further enhanced by SIP security. End-to-end security is therefore guaranteed.

The Flyingvoice FTA5102E2 VoIP-Analog Adapter is designed to operate two analog devices (telephone, fax, intercom, etc.) on a VoIP connection. It does not matter whether the adapter is directly supplied with the SIP credentials from the telephone provider or the login details of an extension from a VoIP-enabled telephone system. Both analog ports can be configured independently.
The FTA5102E2 has been tested, and a basic configuration for operation with a COMtrexx has been created. This basic configuration is automatically downloaded upon startup and activated after a restart. Only the access credentials need to be entered. An unrestricted internet access is required for the standalone configuration. When operating with a telephone system, attention must be paid to port forwarding and prioritization of voice packets in the local network.
In addition to voice codecs, the following fax standards are supported: T.38, T.30, and G.711.

The COMpact 5500R secures 32 IP channels in a compact housing, offering attractive expansion options. Whether it's a promising startup or an established company with growth ambitions, the latest fully modular ITK system from our company, the COMpact 5500R, is genetically tuned to meet increasing demand. Designed for up to 12 VoIP participants in the basic configuration, it can accommodate up to 50 participants, including external extensions, thanks to its fully modular architecture, all of which have access to the functions of a "large" ITK server. Nevertheless, analog and ISDN components are seamlessly integrated as gateways for existing phones and cordless DECT systems. Setting up the VoIP trunks is a breeze with available templates for various providers, and FXO and BRI connections for "classic" trunk access can be easily upgraded via plug-in modules. This flexible IP system is ahead of its time, as it already supports the upcoming network standard, IPv6. The "Blue Angel" certification also highlights its strong sustainability.
As a VoIP appliance, it is simply ideal. Even setting up the SIP trunks is straightforward with downloadable and thus up-to-date provider templates. A special feature of the COMpact 5500R is the upgradeable Ethernet port on the front of the housing, allowing for a sensible separation of telephony and data. It is optimally prepared for the new IP connections.
It also impresses as a complete system. The connected Auerswald IP phones are well taken care of as well. With provisioning, the initial setup almost takes care of itself, and further configurations can be centrally managed in no time using the new COMfortel IP Editor.

COMmander 8UP0-R
The COMmander 8UP0-R module upgrades the COMmander 6000R and COMmander 6000RX by adding eight 2-wire UP0 ports. The ISDN system phones from the COMfortel series can be directly connected to the UP0 ports thanks to their automatic UP0/S0 detection. When used with the UP0/S0 adapter, a standard ISDN connection is available at the end of the 2-wire line, allowing the operation of COMfortel system phones and regular ISDN terminal devices.

With the COMmander VMF-R module, the ITK systems COMmander 6000R and 6000RX receive a central voicemail and fax complete solution that meets the highest standards and leaves nothing to be desired. In case of absence, the own extension can simply be redirected to the personal voicemail box. Callers are greeted with personalized messages depending on the transmitted phone number. The central answering machines are conveniently operated via the wired COMfortel system phones, just as one would expect from a traditional answering machine.
