...bought the Xiaomi redmi note 13 pro+ 5G new....when calling I can hear the others, but they can't hear me! What is the problem?

This is probably due to the permissions.
1. open the settings of your Android device.
2. go to "Apps" (or "Applications").
3. search for and tap on the desired app
4. select "Permissions" (or "App permissions").
5. tap on "Microphone".
6. select one of the following options:
- "Allow" - If the app is allowed to use the microphone.
