Hello I ordered the duo last August and it went tiptop with upc. Now I have switched to sunrise with the promise that I can continue to use all my devices. Nothing worked properly any more. The technician replaced the boxes today and, as before, I can only make outgoing calls with the landline since the switch but can't receive any calls. I have a lot of patience but it has run out. Sunrise says everything is fine with them and it's because of my phone even though everything worked before... Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance
