The "Gigaset WIRELESS PHONE A690 IBERIA BLACK" phone comes with a plug that is suitable for the Swiss market. It uses a type C plug, which is standard in Switzerland, and can therefore be used without any additional adapters.

I had the same problem with UPC a few years ago but with a different phone. I also needed a lot of nerve and had very long phone calls with UPC. In the end it turned out that a setting in UPC's software was wrong. From my point of view, it's not your phone.

Hello, I don't know the difference, a salesperson has to answer that. But I am with Swisscom and have no problems with the phone. It's perfectly adequate for everyday use. I can recommend it to anyone who doesn't have such high demands on a phone. Sincerely
