I have two Gigaset Comfort 500 HX (duo), n°1 is on the base connected to the 230 v mains and via the cable to the telephone line. No. 2 is on a small base connected only to the mains. Is it possible to connect the A690, which is connected to the mains but not via a telephone cable, as No. 3? According to the documentation, the A690 also has a socket for the telephone line, but I don't know how to connect the telephone line.

The usage scenario mentioned should be possible, the only thing to do is to register the A690 handset on the 500HX base, and instructions for doing this are available in the product user manuals.
