I bought the mouse new and it doesn't work on my iMac Pro.... the cursor moves but I can't click on anything? Can anyone help me with this?

Hi, I also work (home office) with the CadMouse itself, connected to a MacBook Pro (macOS Big Sur) and from there through Microsoft Remote Desktop to a Windows CAD and the whole thing works fine and flawless!
I would contact the 3Dconnexion technical support.
