I cannot connect USB-C headphones to the Redmi Note 13 pro+. The headphones are from AKP and have worked with all previous models. What could be the reason? Is it not possible to use wired headphones with the Redmi Note 13 pro+? Or is my smartphone defective?

You can connect headphones via cable using the 3.5 mm to Usb C adapter, this works without any problems.
