I have a redmi note 4 (very old, i know) with a lot of xiaomi apps on it - absolutely broken. i was able to remove bloatware. what about the redmi note 12 pro? is there any freedom in app selection? sniffer apps? and what about the possibility of managing the mobile via pc, like backups, and also transferring old apps to the new mobile? does anyone have any experience?
basically, the USA or China are listening in, so if that bothers you, a mobile is not for you. of course you have a choice of apps, but everyone has their own company apps and they can rarely be uninstalled. but they can either be deactivated or simply not used. in today's memory dimension, however, a few dead apps are not that tragic. i hope this helps.
You can of course make back ups with a PC or via the cloud. I uninstall or deactivate annoying apps. The mobile is otherwise really good.had the Red me Note 8 pro, the 12 is already faster and has better features. The 130 watt charger charges in 20 min.
This is possible without any problems.
Greetings
The transfer can be done with Google and also with the Mi Mover app. There is some bloatware, but it can be uninstalled without any problems.
Xiaomi has been an adult for a long time, i.e. there are no general concerns, and they have also committed themselves to respecting the privacy of their customers.
There is even a special trust page for this, something else would not be possible in the EU, as companies from China also have to comply with the applicable laws...
