I have the problem that I don't get sound through my external speakers when I start the Netflix app on the Samsung TV. I have the following setup: Samsung QE32LS03T The Frame 5.0 (32 ", Full HD, QLED, 2021) AV receiver Denon DRA-800H Order 55302285 from 25.11.2021 The TV is connected to the AV receiver via HDMI (ARC), so I can control all devices with one remote control. The sound reproduction works without any problems with the TV programme and, for example, the Amazon Prime Video app. Here, I can access the digital audio output format in the sound menu of the TV and make an appropriate selection. However, as soon as I switch to Netflix, I no longer get any sound. As I said, this behaviour only occurs in the Netflix app. I have already reset the TV, checked the HDMI connections, completely de-energised the devices, cleaned up the Netflix app; nothing has helped: Does anyone have any ideas?
