Why can't I pick up this Samsung 32" at Digitec Markthalle (Basel) ?

I received the 2020 model (the Frame 4.0) instead of 2021 (the Frame 5.0) as described. Is the description wrong or the delivery?

Does version 5.0 come with a black interchangeable frame? Are the frames for Frame 4.0 compatible with those for 5.0?

I have not yet found any interchangeable frames for this model! Does anyone know where to find them? It must be the thinner exchangeable frame for version 5.0! This is also not clear on the Samsung page and there is nothing about it - will probably be difficult... which would be a real disappointment.

I have the problem that I don't get sound through my external speakers when I start the Netflix app on the Samsung TV. I have the following setup: Samsung QE32LS03T The Frame 5.0 (32 ", Full HD, QLED, 2021) AV receiver Denon DRA-800H Order 55302285 from 25.11.2021 The TV is connected to the AV receiver via HDMI (ARC), so I can control all devices with one remote control. The sound reproduction works without any problems with the TV programme and, for example, the Amazon Prime Video app. Here, I can access the digital audio output format in the sound menu of the TV and make an appropriate selection. However, as soon as I switch to Netflix, I no longer get any sound. As I said, this behaviour only occurs in the Netflix app. I have already reset the TV, checked the HDMI connections, completely de-energised the devices, cleaned up the Netflix app; nothing has helped: Does anyone have any ideas?

In my search for a very good second TV with which I can also enjoy audio via BT with my headphones, I came across the Samsung QE32LS03T The Frame 5.0. However, the maximum width of the TV table is 41 cm, but the two feet of this TV need a width of 59.12 cm. Question: Are the fixing points for the two feet fixed at this width or is it possible to mount them at a maximum width of about 40 cm?

Very annoying. Digitec sells an electronic picture frame with which you can watch TV on the side. The art mode cannot be permanently deactivated, which only becomes apparent after studying the operating instructions in detail, i.e. after the purchase. Switching to TV is awkward and requires 2 remote controls (TV box and Samsung FB). It has to be switched off twice, first TV, then art mode. The device may be pretty on the wall, but it is useless for everyday use.
