Is the wall bracket included in the scope of delivery? Can it be rotated? In other words, can I hang the TV in portrait and landscape mode and then simply turn it to portrait mode after use?

No-Gap Wallmount is included...but only either crosswise or high... There are 2 small individual plates on which the TV is hung. I mounted mine like this...
