Digitec did some research for me. It is the 5.0 model. However, the grey cable is included and the Connect Box is from 2020 (it says so on the box). The frames from the 4.0 model also fit the 5.0 model because the frame is the same width.

Galaxus is crazy with the descriptions. There is a product from Boss Roland, and they just write Hugo Boss...
Can you confirm if the TV was produced in 2020 (4.0) or in 2021 (5.0)?
