I have two questions. How do I do a firmware update with a Macbook on this display? I can't find a suitable driver for MacOS on the Dell website. Only one for Windows. Secondly, can someone tell me the best settings for the PS 5. As my picture is far too bright, grey and washed out. I must have wasted an hour adjusting it and it didn't get any better.

With the Alienware AW3225QF, a firmware update is only possible via Windows, there is no official MacOS driver, so an update with a pure MacBook does not work (alternatively via Windows PC or virtual machine). For the PS5, we recommend activating the "Console Mode" setting in the monitor, configuring HDR correctly in the PS5 and adjusting the brightness, contrast and colour temperature ("Standard"/"Neutral") to avoid overly bright, grey or washed-out images.
