In fact, all prices continue as normal, even during Black Week. As a rule, many things then become more expensive because demand is massively higher. However, we have reported the monitor to the responsible department, perhaps we can do something about it or there is a mistake.

With the Alienware AW3225QF, a firmware update is only possible via Windows, there is no official MacOS driver, so an update with a pure MacBook does not work (alternatively via Windows PC or virtual machine). For the PS5, we recommend activating the "Console Mode" setting in the monitor, configuring HDR correctly in the PS5 and adjusting the brightness, contrast and colour temperature ("Standard"/"Neutral") to avoid overly bright, grey or washed-out images.

Digitec's question has already been answered below. Quote: We do not offer a burn-in guarantee in this regard, in the event of a burn-in you can report this directly to the manufacturer.

Basically yes, but don't expect to be able to game in high quality settings at 240HZ. Taking FSR and medium to high settings into account, you can expect good results. For example, I use an RTX 4080 Super and can't complain, but I also have to tweak the settings if I want to get close to 240HZ. If it's just about pure gaming and you're happy with WQHD, I would prefer this option and opt for a WQHD monitor.

I went from 49" to this one. Absolutely no problem with the size of the symbols or similar. However, I have passed it on to my son, as the "black - black" is not so important to me. 4k is a bit overrated in my eyes. Unless you are really very sensitive and really want it. I've always been put off by the fact that it burns in, but I'm told everywhere that it wouldn't be a problem. You also have a burn-in guarantee. You will probably find out how much this is worth when the time comes.

Yes, you can play at a lower refresh rate such as 120 Hertz. The screen supports different refresh rates, and playing at 120 Hertz should not cause any problems. The native refresh rate of 240 Hertz is ideal for fast movements, but a lower frequency like 120 Hertz is still sufficient for many applications.
