This monitor suffers from the same problem as its big brother (AW3423DW) : poor packaging which leads to damaged coating. It seems to be a widespread issue and even if Dell claims to have fixed it, from the reports I saw and my own personal experience, it is not the case. It's a shame because it is a great product otherwise.

Interesting, I received AW3423DWF (emphasis on the DWF version) and thought the packaging was great. In fact, I've had other Dell monitors in the past and packaging has always been incredibly solid.
