I'm currently travelling with a 27" wqhd. My concern with 4k on 32" is that everything is generally displayed very small in Windows. What are your experiences here? Which scaling can be activated as recommended in the Windows display settings so that everything still remains sharp?
I went from 49" to this one. Absolutely no problem with the size of the symbols or similar.
However, I have passed it on to my son, as the "black - black" is not so important to me. 4k is a bit overrated in my eyes. Unless you are really very sensitive and really want it.
I've always been put off by the fact that it burns in, but I'm told everywhere that it wouldn't be a problem. You also have a burn-in guarantee. You will probably find out how much this is worth when the time comes.
Scaling is also not a problem for me under Windows 11 (150%). I also switched from 27" to 32"; the difference is not that big. With normal programmes (Office and co.) you don't notice such a big difference with 4K. I only notice it when gaming; it makes a huge difference there. The only small disadvantage for me at the beginning of the changeover was that the 4K monitor seemed a little darker in terms of colour tones and warmth. But you soon get used to it. I don't even notice it any more, even when I'm working on another monitor in the shop during the day.
Scaling is no problem at all (Windows makes a recommendation in the settings, I think 150%).
I also had a 27" 1440p monitor and am really happy with the AW32. It also works quite well for working, although I actually bought it for gaming. If this is your first HDR monitor, I can recommend you to watch a few Youtube videos about this monitor/HDR ;)
