I move around in an Apple world at home, have Apple Music and my favourite songs as mp3 and on CD. How do I get the music onto the Vivoactive 3 Music? Do I need a special programme?

To synchronise the Garmin watch, you need the Garmin Express software. There you can save the activities and make settings conveniently from your Mac. Garmin Express accesses the entire iTunes library and synchronising music is really easy.

I haven't tried it yet, but if I connect the clock directly to the PC (Windows), possibly differently for Mac, I can access it directly like a drive. There are different folders like Music, Audiobooks etc.. If I'm not mistaken, you can simply copy mp3 into the Music folder.
