I see at PC-Ostschweiz that the processor specifications are 4x 2.5Ghz and 4x 1.8Ghz. Here and at Brack, the specifications are 8x 2.5Ghz. What does the device have now? Thanks for the answer.

I believe that both are correct. According to Wikipedia, the HiSilicon Kirin 955 consists of 4+4 cores: Quad-core 2.5 GHz Cortex-A72 & quad-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53.
So that's exactly what PC-Ostschweiz says.
