I switched from a Galaxy S10 and use the Iphone 14 Pro with dual sim for private and business use. I have imported my Google contacts into iCloud. If I now add Outlook (business) as an account in the Contacts app, the Outlook contacts (business) are also displayed in the Contacts app. After a short time, however, these Outlook contacts are then automatically saved with my private contacts in iCloud. They also remain there when the Outlook account is removed again. This means that I have a mixture of private and business contacts, which I obviously don't want. Does anyone have any good advice? The Outlook contacts should simply be displayed in the Contacts app, but not synchronised with iCloud. This was not a problem with my Samsung...
With such a complex problem, I would recommend that you seek advice directly from an employee at the Genius Bar in the Apple Shop. They will certainly be able to help you best.
