I suspect so, as several language options are displayed in Cyrillic letters.

I am the same as wgaertner, I bought the phone for my father in France, but I am very disappointed with the performance. I would advise you to buy another Android mobile and adjust the screen settings to suit you or an older person. Most Android mobiles can be switched to Russian. Have a nice day!
