Is there a difference between products from Germany and those from Digitec (apart from price and delivery time)? E.g. pre-installed apps, different names etc. in the OS?

According to the order, the contractual partner is the third-party provider. What does this mean, e.g. in the event of a defect during the warranty period? Do I then have to contact the third-party provider in Germany and deal with it or does it all go through Digitec/Galaxus?
