LTE eSIM ... According to Google, the LTE variant is supported in the Swisscom network and Salt (WLAN) ... Are there now more experiences with discount suppliers that use the Swisscom network? In the Pixel Watch 3 question area it was reported that Wingo should work. What about Coop Mobile, M-Budget Mobile or Mucho Mobile? https://support.google.com/googlepixelwatch/answer/12652073#networkinfo

Actually, all suppliers work, but to start the installation you need an officially approved partner. This means that you borrow or get a SIM from Swisscom or even German suppliers (or many others), start the process in the Watch app and then scan the QR code instead of the Swisscom or whatever QR code, for example in my case the Sunrise Watch SIM QR code. Depending on the Sunrise employees, they will tell you that this is not possible because THEY want to transfer the SIM and then say it is not possible, but there is a QR code for every SIM and you can do it yourself.
