Only one keyboard for PC and laptop? Laptop via usb-c, via display-port. Is that possible or do I need another adapter?

Hello!
I connect my laptop only via usb-c to the monitor. It is charged through the monitor. The image signal goes from the monitor and the usb hub on the monitor is then available for keyboard, etc.
