What does this EU actually mean? I would like to give the mobile phone to someone who lives abroad. (Asia) will the mobile phone not work then or what does that mean exactly?

My guess: the EU has specified the USB-C plug for the chargers. This means you no longer have to buy a new charger every time. That's why Samsung no longer supplies a charger with the S21 FE 5G. The USB-C cable is already included.
