A more affordable option would be the Alpenföhn Brocken 2, which is quiet and more than usable.
Dark Rock Pro 3, Noctua NH-D15 are premium coolers, very efficient and quiet. A compact water cooler like the Corsair H100i or H110 may be slightly better than the Dark Rock or Noctua in terms of cooling performance, but they are also louder (at least with stock fans).
The crème de la crème would probably be a proper watercooler, but that costs 300+ francs and takes a bit of time and know-how to set up. This also needs the most maintenance (because of water changes, etc). But it looks really nice and it's fun to tinker. :D

All in all, I would advise you to go for the Noctua or Dark Rock, especially the Noctua is extremely easy to install, has a very good cooling capacity for a decent overclock and is almost inaudible (I have the Dark Rock myself, but for purely aesthetic reasons^^).
