It sets after 12 hours at room temperature. The adhesive bond is impact-resistant, aging-resistant, and moisture-resistant. It is also available in a user-friendly dual-chamber syringe that allows for easy application of both components in the correct mixing ratio.
Materials: Bonds metals, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosetting plastics, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, hard PVC, rubber, and rigid foams like Styrofoam. Not suitable for bonding large glass surfaces, polyethylene, or polypropylene.
Processing/Application Instructions: The bonding surfaces must be dry and free from dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix binder and hardener in a 1:1 ratio (strands of equal length). Apply adhesive on one side or both sides for rough materials. Fit parts together precisely without pressure. The working time (pot life) is approximately 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength depend on temperature, with strength being achieved at room temperature in about 12 to 24 hours.

The UHU Hot Melt (HT80) adhesive cartridges are characterised by a wide range of applications and short setting times and therefore offer a quick way of joining two adhesive surfaces together. They are round (Ø 11mm) and are ideal for the UHU Hot Melt Promatic glue guns as well as the predecessor HT 210. The UHU Hot Melt glue cartridges are also suitable for all commercial hot-melt glue guns that use Ø 11mm glue cartridges. They are ideally suited for DIY, repair, fixing, sealing or insulating in connection with all adhesive materials. The UHU Hot Melt (HT80) adhesive cartridges are physiologically harmless and should be stored in a cool and dry place.
