Hello everyone, I have been venturing into the world of urethral stimulation with dilators (urethral sounding) for a few weeks now. Hygiene is of enormous importance here, until now I have used the well-tried method of soaking my toy (made of silicone) in boiling water to disinfect it. However, I would like to improve further and change to stainless steel, the toy I am currently aiming at is a lot longer (24 cm total length) and therefore the water method is no longer practicable. (Much larger vessel and much longer boiling time needed). I would now like to ask which cleaning agent (available here in Galaxus) is best suited for my application. I found one from LELO which would be excellent for the silicone toy. I also came across a special cleaner that uses ultraviolet light for sterilisation, which seems to be quite cool, but the same question comes up (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s17/product/59s-uvc-led-sterilizing-bag-toy-cleaner-11305879). The manufacturer also seems to be a market leader in this field. What experience have you had? Which products can you recommend for disinfecting/sterilising your dilators?
