The aluminum die-cast mixing hook allows for even mixing of larger quantities of dough. For heavy doughs such as yeast or bread dough, the aluminum die-cast kneading hook is ideally suited. The speed can be adjusted continuously. A removable splash guard with a refill opening, the 35° swivel multifunction arm with a release mechanism, and the quick-release chuck for changing individual tools provide additional comfort with the KM 6030.
