Gaggia Espresso Evolution Red

The Espresso Evolution is a hand-operated coffee machine from Italy that allows you to experience the feeling of a professional barista in your own home. The ergonomic portafilter made of plastic and metal enables ideal compression of the coffee grounds. The machine is equipped with an exclusive POD SYSTEM filter that is suitable for both ground coffee and coffee pads, producing a perfect crema. It features a pre-brewing function that moistens the coffee grounds with hot water before the brewing process, allowing for a more intense espresso with a stronger flavor. Additionally, there is a memory function that allows you to save your favorite espresso.

The drip tray has two positions, allowing it to adjust to different cup sizes and prevent splashes. The water tank can be removed or refilled with 1.2 liters. The 0.1-liter aluminum boiler is powered by a 1425-watt motor.
