The pan itself is excellent quality, only the price is a bit too high. I bought in 3 sizes 20,24 and 28 cm, individually. I bought the 28cm size in August 2024 for 138 CHF. I recommend you watch the prices and only buy when the price is right for you. Don't fall for the high per cent on sales, prices always go up before you get a discount of say 20-30%.

My pan, which I love, actually has this extra handle. It is also necessary because the weight of a well-filled pan is too great to lift by the handle alone, especially as a woman.
