Homematic IP Underfloor heating controller - 12-way
No, only one servomotor may be connected per output. If there are several heating circuits per room, it may well make sense not to have all circuits generally regulated, but to run with a fixed setting. This protects the system, as pressure surges can occur in the system when the last valve is completely closed; if a circuit remains slightly open, the pressure can reduce before the circulation pump switches off or is regulated down.
Yes of course, this is the configuration I have in my living room/kitchen (large open room, 4 floor heating valves, 1 thermostat).
The delivery date is currently unknown. If we receive an update from the supplier, we will update the availability accordingly.
Yes, it is possible, according to our suppliers. Art. 919700 itself does not have an interface for this, but you can take the IO box (473847, optionally with top-hat rail mounting adapter 473849) with it. Various scenarios are documented here. P.28 would probably describe what is needed in this case: https://www.homematic-ip.com/downloads/download/handbuecher/Installationsbeispiel_HmIP-Fussbodenheizung.pdf
Actually, this is sufficient; check whether the valve adapters supplied with the HmIP-VDMOT actuators fit your system. The central unit is required for advanced applications, e.g. mobile phone control. I use the CCU3 (central unit) with the floor heating actuator HmIP-FALMOT-C12 and 10 actuators HmIP-VDMOT and various dimmers, switches and buttons.
This system is basically compatible with all floor heating systems. To be on the safe side, however, we recommend clarifying the matter with the sanitary/heating fitter in advance.
