Do you have your own grinder? If yes, you need to grind the coffee finer. If not, you have to buy a grinder. You won't be happy without your own grinder. I assume that you are doing everything else right (amount of powder, tamping, etc.). If you are still unsure, there are lots of youtube videos on how to set up a coffee machine correctly.

I have had the machine for a year and have decalcified once. Thermoblocks are not very susceptible to limescale. Dilute the agent according to the recipe, run through, trace, done.

Hello, I have this machine with the original sieves and cannot confirm this. But try using a little less coffee powder. If you use too much coffee, it comes into contact with the shower too early and it becomes very difficult to screw in the plunger. I have already had this experience in this context. Well, good luck.

A portafilter with 2 outlets.
4 different sieves: 1, 2, pads, blind sieve.
Plastic tamper.
Diameter is 57mm. Therefore either:
Lelit Tamper rosso 57mm
or
Lelit tamper wood 57mm
I bought the wooden version. Still looks chic.

No, there are no plastic parts under the filter screen. The LEDs are orange. Note: A dummy sieve for cleaning the machine was not included in the scope of delivery
