I wonder why so many products at Galaxus have such bad ratings without justification and why it is possible to give a 1 star rating like here without proof of purchase (there is no information) and without a written review (justification!). This concept, one of many negative ones from Galaxus, greatly destroys the credibility of all reviews. Here, for example, is a product that has been rated by over 10,500 buyers on amazon.de with 4.5 out of 5 stars. One of the best kitchen roll holders in the world.

Do rolls with a diameter of 16 cm also fit here?

Sali Tonina. The holder also takes large rolls. 16cm is fine. Even if it's tight. But the rolls from Aldi fit on it. These have about the same diameter. I can recommend the holder.

Hello, you 3 evaluators of the kitchen roll holder, which paper rolls do you use? I have also ordered and installed the Simplehuman. Unfortunately, my original Plenty paper rolls are too short at 28 cm. Unfortunately, the one-handed unwinding mechanism doesn't work. The retaining spring can't get stuck. I have received a replacement offer from the customer service. However, we would like to stay with this beautiful design. Therefore, we are very grateful for your help.

Does this product also work with Powerstrips or does it have to be screwed on?

I screwed it on because the panel at the bottom is not flat but a profile. I don't think it will hold with Powerstrips! However, this holder is a hammer. It's just a shame that our household paper rolls are a bit shorter here and then the brake doesn't work, but otherwise it's a cool part.

I have ordered this product: Simplehuman Kitchen Roll Holder White It came with cleaning tabs for the spray bottle. However, Simplahuman does not deliver to Switzerland. Where can I get these tabs? Without these tabs, this product no longer has such added value. Can you help me?
