Has it now been possible to find out whether the pan is actually manufactured in Switzerland? If not, the information on the advert would be misleading. @Galaxus: when something is labelled with the country of origin CH, consumers explicitly look for "Made in Switzerland" or "Swiss made" - and probably also for the place where the idea for the product originated, the place where the product was packaged or the place from where the product is shipped to the end customer. Please check and correct the information (preferably for all Kuhn Rikon pans)

For what type of preparation is this frying pan best suited? Does it stand up well to acidic sauces (tomatoes, milk, vinegar)? Is it better to gradually increase the heat without approaching maximum, or can you heat quickly over high heat without the risk of the contents sticking or burning immediately in the absence of a large amount of fat? What are the maintenance recommendations? Rather a non-abrasive sponge and mild detergent, or is the interior resistant to abrasive sponges (due to the absence of a non-stick coating)?

Does anyone know how large the base diameter, i.e. the contact surface on the hob, actually is? The description states 32cm, which certainly can't be the case with an opening of 32cm... Many thanks in advance.
