Silargan functional ceramics feature nickel-free surfaces. Silargan pots are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. They have a base with a continuous steel core for quick heat conduction and optimal heat retention, promoting energy-efficient cooking. The pots are equipped with an automatic steam release, a residual pressure safety device, a safety slot, an overpressure safety device, and a locking mechanism. There are three fixed cooking levels (gentle, fast, steaming) and a one-handed cooking level control.
