The Paella pan Marbella impresses with its proven multi-layer material. The outer layer made of induction-compatible stainless steel 18/0, the inner layer of stainless steel 18/10, and the aluminum core ensure optimal heat distribution. The flat shape with slanted side walls and a large frying surface allows for even cooking. Thanks to the robust surface, the pan is also suitable for metal spatulas.
