The Ultimate Pro grill pan is equipped with an advanced PFAS-free non-stick coating. This ceramic coating provides outstanding non-stick performance and allows for healthier cooking. The hard-anodized body is made from recycled aluminum and features a stainless steel base that is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. The pan is oven-safe up to 230°C and comes with an ergonomic, matte stainless steel handle. A practical pouring spout makes it easy to drain liquids cleanly. Additionally, the pan is tool-safe and can be used with metal utensils.
