The Kaiser cake ring with handles is an essential tool for every pastry chef. With a height of 9 cm, the cake ring is made of high-quality stainless steel. The two clamps allow it to be adjusted to different diameters, enabling perfect layers and fillings for cakes and tortes.
The cake ring is not used for baking, but solely for layering and filling pastries. After the base cake has been baked, the ring is placed around it and secured with the two handles. This allows for even distribution of cake glaze, cream, fruits, and whipped cream on the base without anything running over the edges.
Once the filling has cooled, the cake ring can be easily removed. It also serves as a transport security for the cake when it needs to be moved.

10. Kaiser Springform pan inspiration
Available from summer 2017. With a springform pan, you can release the side wall with the help of a clamping lever: The ring opens and you can remove and reattach the base of the mould. With a flat base, cakes and cake bases are easy to make in the springform pan. The base with a central chimney replaces a bundt cake tin for pound cakes and bundt cakes. Unlike other baking tins, the finished cake is not tipped out of the springform pan. Instead, you release the clamping lever - the cake releases itself thanks to the non-stick coating - and lift the ring away. As the lower support plate is slightly larger than the ring, springform pans are absolutely leak-proof. They are available in different sizes and shapes, e.g. round, square or heart-shaped.
