The monocular's optics are made of multi-coated BK-7 glass and provide a sharp, high-contrast and true-colour image. The large 42 mm objective lens collects a lot of light, which is why the monocular with a light intensity of 27.6 and a twilight factor of 18.3 can also be used well in poor light conditions. The wide field of view of 131 metres at 1000 metres makes the instrument suitable for quickly capturing distant objects. The close focusing distance, on the other hand, is only 4 metres.
