The Dura 3R sleeping pad from Exped is ideally suited for mountaineering, alpine tours, and expeditions in polar regions. It is extremely durable, reliable, and provides excellent insulation with an R-value of 2.9, making it perfect for temperatures down to -5°C.

The sleeping pad is made from recycled 75D and 170D polyester and is complemented by 60 g/m² Texpedloft and microfiber. Despite its stability, the Dura 3R pad in size M weighs only 730 g and can be packed down to a compact 31 x 13 cm.

With a thickness of 7 cm and longitudinal air chambers, the sleeping pad ensures excellent sleeping comfort in cool temperatures. For easy inflation, the pad features a flat valve and an extra Schnozzel Pumpbag, making the pumping process particularly comfortable.
