Fjällräven Polar Endurance 3
Tunnel tent, 5.40 kg, 3 personsProduct details
Exceptionally robust and reliable tunnel tent specifically designed for winter expeditions in Arctic conditions. Every detail of this award-winning model is built to withstand extreme stresses and is designed for operation even while wearing thick gloves. The tent includes a double press-fit pole set from DAC, which ensures excellent stability even in strong winds and heavy snow loads. Additionally, the 75D polyester material guarantees that neither moisture nor temperature changes can harm the tent. It is the perfect choice for longer ski tours and other adventures in challenging winter conditions. Numerous special features make camping easier and ensure that the camp can be set up in no time, providing quick shelter from the elements. Silicone-coated pole channels and pole holders with a fast-release system make setup and takedown incredibly simple. A snow skirt on the outer tent prevents snow from entering the vestibule and inner tent, and thanks to snow vents at both vestibule entrances, you can scoop snow to melt with a pot without having to fully open the entrance, thus avoiding the risk of wind and snow entering the vestibule. Another advantage: gear can be easily handed out from the vestibule to expedition members outside the tent. Sturdy, reflective guy lines made of Dyneema with double adjustment options allow the length to be regulated at two points—practical when the stakes are buried under snow and ice. The tent stakes are particularly long (20 cm) and robust, ensuring they can be securely fixed even in difficult terrain. Full height throughout the inner tent, and the particularly large vestibule provides ample space for gear, food preparation, and other activities. A clothesline in the vestibule and three in the inner tent for drying clothes, as well as ten mesh pockets.
